We had to change rooms due to the 1st room not being handicap. No large comfortable chair to relax. There was only a window seat to high for a handicap person to use.The staff were awesome. Gave us a chair from the lobby to use for my mother. The heater in the room didn't not work the second evening and no maintenance. They offered to change rooms again on the 3rd floor, but the trip was already hard for my mother so we declined. 1st floor should all be handicap rooms wheelchair accessible. Again the staff were marvelous ✨️!

Breakfast was very good. Coffee was just right. And the breakfast attendant was very nice and keep food plenished and kept breakfast area clean.

The room was very clean. I really enjoyed the color scheme of the room.

It was great but hours weren’t posted. Also nothing besides coffee to drink and water was hard to find as the vending machine didn’t have any either. Coffee bar was excellent though.

The breakfast was really good. In addition to the typical continental breakfast bread/bagel/muffins, there was always some type of eggs/sausage items included. (I'm diabetic, so getting protein is important to me.) And, my husband really enjoyed the waffles. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We made the same trip two weeks prior and stayed in a hotel double the price and the room was not nearly as clean, spacious, or comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. A restaurant right next door that offers a discount for staying at the hotel is a great perk as well! After a long drive we wanted to eat and sleep. We were incredibly satisfied.
